Welcome to The Invisible Bridge
**The Invisible Bridge isn’t a place. It’s a role.**
It’s what sales consultants, export managers, and strategic advisors truly are. We’re the invisible link between two companies.
We are not sellers. We listen, translate, connect, and align timing, people, and instinct.
We step into boardrooms, trade shows, terminals, and late-night emails — to make things happen without ever being the spotlight.
That’s the invisible part.
Who I am
I grew up in a small village in northern Romania, where winters could drop to –35°C
My family raised sheeps, goats and cows. We didn’t have degrees on the wall or savings in the bank.
I was three when I started reading and writing. Seven when my parents divorced.
Sometimes the lights were cut off because my mother couldn’t pay the bill.
I didn’t grow up thinking about business — but I learned to observe, to adapt, to connect… and to dream big.
Those instincts led me into sales, then exports, and now consulting.
Today, I live in Spain, and I build bridges between companies, cultures, and people
People buy from people they know, like, and trust.
My job is to earn all three — quietly, but effectively.
The 10 key steps that shaped me as a professional
Here’s a summary of the key moments in my professional life that brought me to where I am today.
When I had nothing, I learned how to start.
I grew up among absences and silence. With little, but with curiosity — and a sharp sense of the street.
I learned that to begin doesn’t mean to have. It means to decide.
Candlelight poems — the power of telling
I’ve been writing since I was a kid. Sometimes without light — but never without words.
That’s where I discovered this: If you know how to tell, you know how to connect.
And in sales, that’s everything.
My first creation — an app with no clue how to code or sell
My first real contact with the world of sales — at least officially.
I created an app to energize local cities. I had no idea about coding. No clue about selling.
But I hit the streets — and learned. Because there’s no pitching like the real one
Uniforms, T-shirts and first accounts
I worked at MilCamisetas.com and Eurouniforms.
I learned to move between catalogs, custom orders, tough clients, and factories that didn’t always deliver.
That’s where I built my craft.
Signage and industry — selling is also managing
At Qproyect, I dove deeper into the industrial world: signage, large accounts, production…
And I learned that selling isn’t just about closing. It’s about coordinating everything — without losing the client along the way.
Grupo Morón: el salto que lo cambió todo
I turned down a contract in Germany in the last minute — flight booked, apartment reserved — to bet on a project here instead.
And I was right.
Grupo Morón believed in me and threw me into the international arena.
That’s when everything lit up.
Genergy — from small accounts to leading across Europe
I went from handling small accounts at Morón to leading international expansion at Genergy.
It wasn’t just about closing deals anymore. It was about thinking brand, strategy, product, people.
I planned trade shows, trained new sales people, opened markets. All at once.
That’s when I realized my value in the market had taken a serious leap.
Técnicas del Cable — from utility car to Ferrari
For the first time, I negotiated my own contract — and got exactly what I asked for.
It wasn’t just a raise. It was proof.
Proof that I knew how to negotiate — even with the people hiring me.
And that I could bring that same clarity and confidence to the business.
They valued it. And that changed everything.
Negotiating across Europe — from salesperson to strategist
I’ve negotiated in trade fairs, hotels, and industrial warehouses.
I’ve learned that culture is in the details. That listening is selling.
And that respect opens more doors than any discount.
I came from a small village with no roadmap, no support, and no “perfect conditions.”
But I stepped in anyway — and learned the language of business on my own terms.
The bridge today. Everything I’ve learned, I now share.
I don’t really sell. I never have.
From the day I walked out with my first app, I’ve just been offering solutions — to people willing to listen, and people who needed them.
And I share because I’ve always done it.
Since I was a kid, I’ve poured thoughts into poems, movie scripts, song lyrics, long emails…
Now, I do it through a blog.
Different format ,same need:
To connect. To tell stories that move something in others. To build bridges, one word at a time.
Trusted by brands and projects across borders
Some of the brands I’ve walked the road with: I didn’t just work with these brands — I walked with them. I listened, challenged, adapted. Together, we found better ways to grow,
not just in numbers, but in relationships that still stand strong.
THE RIGHT WORDS. AT THE RIGHT TIME
NEED A GUEST SPEAKER, A TEAM SESSION OR A FRESH VOICE?
Sometimes, a team doesn’t need another plan.
It needs a spark. A different voice. Someone who walks in, looks around, and says something with a different perspective — something that shifts the way forward.
I’m open to podcasts, conferences and custom workshops.
